Well, we finally wrapped up 2008 - a year of surprises and down turns, elections and layoffs. Now the question is “what can we expect in 2009″?
Most experts in financial markets and real estate markets are forecasting an economic recovery mid-year. Although it might be a long hard six months to start, we do seem to have reason for optimism. The most obvious is the incredibly low interest rates that are currently available and expected in the near future.
